Born and raised in Indore, Dr. Rajan completed his MBBS and M.S. in Orthopaedics (1996) from M.G.M. Medical College, Indore. He began his surgical career at Anand Hospital and Suyog Hospital before joining academic medicine as an Assistant Professor at G.R. Medical College, Gwalior, and later at M.G.M. Medical College & M.Y. Hospital, Indore, where he became Associate Professor and Unit Head.

To further enhance his expertise, Dr. Rajan received advanced international training in robotic and complex joint replacement surgery, performing revision joint replacements at the ENDO-Klinik, Hamburg, Germany, and training with Professor Ray Randle at John Flynn Hospital and Pindara Hospital, Australia, where he gained extensive experience in primary knee and hip replacement procedures.
